The views of the harbor from my Double Room were simply mesmerizing, especially at sunset! The staff showered us with kindness, making every moment feel special, like when they surprised us with a lovely gift for my partner's birthday. Plus, the breakfast was a delightful experience with a variety of freshly made options that fueled our adventures each day!

Perfect spot with a killer view
We had a fab stay! The staff was super friendly, and breakfast was tasty with a nice selection. The sea views are just stunning. my friend's room was pretty cramped and definitely needed some TLC. The dining area was lacking in comfort too, which was a bit of a bummer. a decent place!

the location by the river was beautiful and staff were super friendly. we got to enjoy a nice balcony view from our room which was comfy for us. breakfast was included and it was really good with options for everyone. loved how clean everything was, rooms were tidy and the hotel had a nice vibe.
had to park quite far away from the hotel as there was no space available nearby, and it was a bit noisy due to a music festival while we were there.

I stayed here for a night and appreciated the warm welcome from the staff. The location was convenient with a great view. I had a chance to enjoy a buffet breakfast with various options. It made my start to the day enjoyable. The evening entertainment also added to the overall experience.
I found the information about additional costs surprising and would have preferred better parking accommodations. The room was smaller than expected, which made my stay uncomfortable.

I had a lovely time enjoying the sunset from my sea view room and sipping tea during the relaxing happy hour. The hotel offered a great lounge area and a sun terrace to unwind after a long day. The only minor hiccup was the compact size of the room, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

The views from the hotel room were unbelievable. I loved waking up to the sight of the river and watching the fishing boats come in. The staff were incredibly friendly. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a great variety, including the full English and fresh pastries. The room was clean and comfortable, although it could have used a bit more space. The shower had low water pressure, which was disappointing. Parking was another hassle. Finding a spot was tricky, and I had to walk a few minutes to get to the car park. a great stay with both perks and a couple of drawbacks.

The family room with sea view was spacious and provided a comfortable experience. The breakfast selection was impressive, particularly the avocado and poached eggs that I enjoyed on my last day.
Some amenities seemed a bit dated compared to modern expectations.

Parking situation terrible!!! The small room size isn't suitable for comfort!!! Access routes could use clearer signage!!! The restaurant ambiance more like a busy cafeteria than a cozy dining experience!!!

The sea view from the Double Room is absolutely stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop that’s hard to beat. The layout of the hotel's dining area offers great flexibility to enjoy meals with views, making breakfast a highlight of the stay.
Unfortunately, some rooms, like the family room, suffer from significant noise disturbances from nearby pipes and elevators, which can disrupt sleep. The en suite facilities are quite cramped, making it tricky to navigate, especially in the shower. on one occasion, the lift malfunctioned, requiring luggage to be carried down three flights of stairs, which isn't ideal, particularly for families.
